FULSHEAR (Covering Fort Bend) – It’s known commonly as upskirt photography and the legal terminology is “invasion visual recording.” It’s a state jail felony and Fulshear Police want your help finding the suspect in a local case. A photo of the suspect and his car are above and a video is below.

The illegal photography suspect was seen in the Cross Creek HEB Tuesday morning, May 14, 2019, between 8 and 8:30 a.m.

“After following a female patron inside the store for several minutes, he brazenly walked up next to her and unlawfully used his cell phone to take a photo from under her dress,” said a message from the Fulshear Police Department.

The victim didn’t realize she’d been victimized according to investigators.

“The suspect was quick and elusive,” police said. “She did feel like something was wrong and immediately notified HEB management regarding this suspicious male.”

The suspect was seen driving away in the white four-door sedan.

“Although it was undetermined that a crime had been committed at the time, HEB was diligent in making sure the customer was safe and unharmed,” police reported.

Further investigation, along with store video footage, confirmed that the suspect was using his cell phone to commit this crime.

“The victim, in this case, was vigilant and aware of her surroundings and although she was not certain what had actually happened, did report this for further investigation,” police said.
